Return Policy

Acceptable Returns:

• We do not accept exchanges.
• Clearance items and most Sale items are not returnable nor refundable.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for return. It must also be in the original packaging.
• We strongly advise you to review the dimensions of the item/product before your purchase. 
• Please note that our jewelry is handmade, and as such natural materials are often used, such as gemstones, pearls, wood, bone, leather, etc., that may have some natural imperfections.
• We will be happy to discuss any issues and try to find an amicable solution where feasible.  
• Before placing an order, we recommend contacting us if you have any questions about our products.      

Return Instructions:

Most sales will be considered final if a return is not requested within 14 days from the ship date.

Please make sure to understand what is an acceptable return.

We do understand that you may change your mind, so please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item. 

You will need to use a trackable shipping method and insure the shipment for the full value of the items. Please understand the we cannot issue refunds for items never received.

 If something were to occur, you will need these documents in order to file a claim with your shipping service. 

A full refund of the purchase price (minus the cost of shipping) will be issued once the merchandise is received in its original condition.
