Shipping Policy

We currently only ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, and USPS Expedited Priority Mail in specified areas.

We will in the near future use UPS and FedEx services.

We currently offer free shipping on orders of  $35 or more. 

Any orders under $35.00 ship using USPS-calculated pricing.

You will receive an email when the order ships with shipping confirmation and tracking information included.

Make sure your shipping location is secure and a USPS confirmed address.

 *We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

We currently do not ship Internationally from our main website www.AthenasRose.com

Other countries will be added in the near future.

We recently started shipping to Canada via our Etsy shop (https://athenasrose.etsy.com). 

Shipping Transit Days 

(not including Processing):

USPS Priority (Domestic): 1 - 4 days

USPS Express (Domestic): 1 - 2 days

USPS 1st Class (Domestic): 2 - 6 days

(Days may vary during Holiday Seasons.)

Processing Time(s): 

1 to 2 days for majority of items.

3 to 6 days for made-to-order items (also custom items when available) - processing may take longer depending on  the type of item(s.)

*Shipping schedule is subject to change according to carrier(s) and Holidays.

*We only offer expedited shipping in the continental United States. 

*We cannot expedite orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO address. 

*Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. 

*We are not responsible for the weather or delays caused by weather. 

*Please note: expedited shipping does not change processing time on items that are made-to-order,  custom, personalized, or pre-order.

If applicable, a return is accepted within 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of returned item(s). Once the item is received, the specified refund will be issued to the customer which may include the shipping cost. 

It's best to use a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance. We are not responsible for lost shipments.
