Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

At this time, Athena's Rose LLC ships within the United States only through our website.

International shipping is not currently available through www.athenasrose.com.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Orders are currently shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Depending on the shipping option selected at checkout, available services may include:

• USPS Ground Advantage (or equivalent USPS ground service)
• USPS Priority Mail
• USPS Priority Mail Express (where available)

Available shipping options may vary depending on your delivery location and the items ordered.

Processing time is the amount of time needed to prepare your order before it ships.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Handmade, made-to-order, personalized, or custom items (when offered) generally require 3–6 business days, although certain items may require additional time depending on complexity or order volume.

Processing times do not include weekends, federal holidays, or carrier transit time.

 After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

These delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may be longer during holidays, severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We currently offer FREE standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $40.00 or more.

Orders below the free shipping threshold are charged shipping based on current USPS rates calculated during checkout.

Shipping promotions may change without notice.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your USPS tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please verify your shipping information before completing your order.

Athena's Rose LLC is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order has been accepted by USPS, delivery is under the control of the shipping carrier.

If your package appears delayed, please use the USPS tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

• Checking around your delivery location.
• Asking household members or neighbors.
• Contacting your local USPS Post Office.

While Athena's Rose LLC cannot guarantee carrier performance after shipment, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with locating shipments or providing documentation needed for carrier claims when appropriate.

Expedited shipping options may be available for eligible U.S. addresses.

Please note that expedited shipping speeds apply only to shipping transit time and do not reduce product processing time.

Made-to-order, custom, personalized, or pre-order items will still require their stated production time before shipment.

Expedited shipping may not be available for:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• APO/FPO addresses
• P.O. Boxes
• Certain rural locations

If a return is approved under our Return & Refund Policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Athena's Rose LLC cannot issue refunds for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
